Last Monday was a big day for our Loopstack team: we launched the first beta version of our AI automation framework, which is based on NestJS.

At this early stage of the framework’s development, it is particularly important for us to gather feedback from experienced and skilled developers in order to identify obstacles and implement new ideas. That’s why we held a launch workshop at our office this Monday. We invited all interested AI enthusiasts and developers who wanted to try out our framework on site and share their expertise. They also had the opportunity to implement their own ideas in a mini hackathon.

There were drinks, pizza, and, above all, a really good atmosphere. Seeing experienced developers working with something that we had spent months building behind closed doors with great effort was incredibly exciting and motivating for us – and educational.

After the mini hackathon came what was probably the most important part of the whole event: the open feedback session. We received a lot of positive feedback; many found the framework to be very modular and intuitive to use, which of course made us very happy. But still, there were also some teething problems: bugs during registration, missing features, typical beta issues. After months of intensive work on a framework, it’s only natural for unexpected problems to arise. But that’s exactly what this workshop was designed for.

It helped us understand where we currently stand and how we can improve the developer experience. Jakob, our founder and the person with the most knowledge about Loopstack, took careful note of the participants’ comments and explained what we will be working on next. The open exchange was extremely valuable and only confirmed once again how important it is to develop Loopstack together with the community.
